What are personal data? 

Personal data say something about who you are or can be traced back to you. For example: 

• your email address; 

• your telephone number;  

• other contact details. 

When do we process your personal data? 

When this website processes your personal data, this will usually be because you have contacted us and, in doing so, have provided us with personal information. For example, you may have filled out a contact form or sent an email to a website that stores your email address.  

• If this website does not have a contact form, no data will be stored.  

• If this website does have a contact form, and you are using it, the form will have more information on how your data are processed. 

In exceptional cases, personal data may be used for investigation purposes, for example if someone has committed a criminal offence or has made punishable remarks. This is only permitted when the security of society is at stake. 

Storing personal data 

This website does not store personal data longer than necessary. Your data will only be used for the purpose for which you have submitted them to us, for example to answer a question. Your data will subsequently be deleted. This website does not share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.  

What are your rights? 

The General Data Protection Regulation sets out under what circumstances your data may be processed. It also explains what your rights are. You can submit a request to the organisation processing your data to this end.
