Complaints
If you have a complaint about ZJCN, you can fill in the complaint form or send a letter. The complaints officer responds to your complaint in writing. They explain what the rules are. The statutory time limit for handling a complaint is six weeks.
The complaints officer aims to handle your complaint carefully and efficiently and seeks an appropriate solution. The complaints officer must always remain within the framework of the applicable legislation and regulations.
Submit a complaint to the Medical Disciplinary Board
If the healthcare provider does not act in accordance with the rules of conduct of their professional group, you can also submit a complaint to the Medical Disciplinary Board. This may be the case, for example, if a healthcare provider has acted negligently, responded too slowly or provided insufficient information.
