Complaints and objections

If you have a complaint about ZJCN, you can fill out the complaint form or send a letter. The complaints officer responds to your complaint in writing. They explain what the rules are. The statutory time limit for handling a complaint is six weeks.

Do you disagree with a contribution imposed, a decision regarding healthcare entitlement, or another decision made by ZJCN? You can then lodge a notice of objection within six weeks of despatch of the decision in question.
